A collaborative book, Stories on Finding Home accompanied the exhibition An Ordinary Eden at Street Level Photoworks in 2023. Over the 4 years of the work, everyone Margaret Mitchell photographed was asked if they wanted to contribute creatively to the project which Mitchell then collated into a book to raise funds for Shelter Scotland hardship

Margaret Mitchell will be giving an artist’s talk about An Ordinary Eden at Stirling Photography Festival. In the talk, she will discuss the process of creating the work—from initial concept through to exhibition—and explore key themes that emerged along the way, including ethics, responsibility, and the social narratives at the heart of the project. 25
